Extrusion Process

Extinction Masterbatch

The main function of matting masterbatch is to form a coarsening surface on the film products. When the light irradiates the film products, it will form diffuse reflection, which can eliminate the surface gloss of the products. It has the characteristics of high dispersion, no crystal point, uniform surface color and excellent extinction effect. Application: PE, PP, ABS, PVC, pet and other plastics, casting film matting, PE film matting, transparent PVC matting, etc.

Drawing Process

Usage: mix the color masterbatch and plastic raw material particles evenly through the mixer, and dry the color masterbatch if necessary. Advantages: easy to use, no dust pollution to the workshop, environmental protection, saving the time of special cleaning equipment after using toner, convenient weighing and accurate measurement. Applicable materials: PE, PP, PA, pet, TPU, PBT.

Degradation Masterbatch

When there is light, the degradation masterbatch will absorb the light, induce the product to produce chemical reaction and self degradation. Biodegradable materials have the ability to decompose plastics with the help of microorganisms in the soil environment when there is no light. Degradation masterbatch is usually used in outdoor disposable film products, plastic products, increase the rate of plastic degradation, reduce plastic waste, protect the environment. Scope of application: PP, PE, PS, PVC and other plastics, plastic bags, degradable plastic films, plastic bowls, plastic boxes, plastic cups, plastic bottles and other products.

Defoaming Masterbatch

Defoaming masterbatch, also known as water absorbing masterbatch, is mainly used to absorb the moisture in the processing process of products, because the moisture in the plastic will affect the appearance and performance of the product in the processing and molding process, resulting in bubbles, moire, spots, etc. Large quantities of plastic raw materials need to be heated and dried for a long time, which will increase the production cost and reduce the production efficiency. The function of defoaming masterbatch is to absorb moisture and unidentified low molecular substances released in the production and processing of plastics, ensure the appearance quality and performance of products, and reduce the production cost of enterprises. The application of defoaming masterbatch in recycled plastics has a very good effect, such as in the production of PE and PP products. Defoaming masterbatch is easy to use and has little effect on mechanical properties of products.

Cooling Masterbatch

Cooling masterbatch, also known as molecular weight distribution adjustment masterbatch, can adjust the molecular weight distribution and molecular weight of polypropylene materials, reduce the processing temperature of polypropylene, save energy consumption, and improve the quality of polypropylene film blowing, drawing, injection molding and extrusion products. Main functions: 1. Adding cooling masterbatch to PP plastics can reduce the processing temperature by 20-30 ℃. 2. Adding cooling masterbatch into PP plastics can improve the quality of plastic products, blown film products, pipe products and woven bag products. 3. After adding cooling masterbatch, the processing temperature is reduced and the energy consumption is reduced. Scope of application: PP plastic, spinning, non-woven fabric, monofilament, injection molding and other processes.

Blue Masterbatch

Classification of blue masterbatch products: blue, lake blue, royal blue, sky blue, dark blue, light blue, ink blue, etc. Main application of blue masterbatch: mainly used in pipeline, plastic turnover box, injection molding products, packaging, wire and cable, daily necessities and other fields. The main characteristics of blue masterbatch are: high concentration, weather resistance, high dispersion, strong coloring power, bright color, no migration and high temperature resistance.

Blow Molding Process

For the products that are particularly sensitive to moisture, it is recommended to dry the color masterbatch before use.
