Extrusion Process

Usage: Mix a certain proportion of masterbatch particles and plastic raw material particles through a mixer to evenly use them. If necessary, dry the masterbatch particles. It can also be fed through the side feed metering method, which is more convenient to generate and saves the mixing device and time.

Advantages: easy to use, no dust pollution to the workshop, environmental protection, saving the time required to clean the equipment after using the toner; easy to weigh and accurate measurement.

Applicable materials: PE, PP, PVC, PET, PC, POM, PA, PBT and other plastics.
