Blow Molding Process

Usage: a certain proportion of color masterbatch and plastic raw material particles are evenly mixed through the mixer. Generally, it is not necessary to dry the color masterbatch. For the products that are particularly sensitive to moisture, it is recommended to dry the color masterbatch before use.

Advantages: easy to use, no dust pollution to the workshop, environmental protection, saving the time of cleaning the equipment after using toner; easy to weigh and measure accurately.

Applicable materials: PE, PP, PVC, pet, PC, POM, PS, PETP, pan, PA and other plastics.
