Antistatic Masterbatch

Antistatic masterbatch is mainly used to solve the following problems: 1. Static electricity causes plastic dust collection; 2. Film and fiber products are difficult to wrap normally, which interferes with the processing process and affects production; 3. Static electricity damages high-precision electronic products; 4. Static electricity causes spark discharge and affects safety.

The antistatic masterbatch needs to be placed for a period of time, and then the volume resistance and surface resistance can be measured after the antistatic agent migrates to the surface of the product.

Scope of application: PE, PP, PS, ABS, PA and other plastics are used in IT product packaging, antistatic product tray, antistatic film, antistatic product, wire drawing process, film and sheet production.
