Antireflective Masterbatch

The antireflective masterbatch contains transparent nucleation materials, which are characterized by:

1. Accelerate the crystallization speed of plastics and improve the transparency of materials;

2. It can improve the surface finish of products;

3. Improve the rigidity and dimensional stability of products;

4. Improve the heat resistance and mechanical properties of plastics;

5. Shorten molding cycle and reduce cost.

The cost can be reduced by using homopolymer PP with low transparency and adding antireflection masterbatch instead of transparent transparent PP material with high price.

Scope of application: incomplete crystalline resins such as homopolymer PP, random copolymerization PP, PE, blow molding high transparent bottles, catering utensils, beverage packaging, cultural goods, transparent packaging, transparent injection molding products, etc.
